Travis Weaver is an illustrator/ writer/ diesel mechanic from Clayton, Ohio. He has dreamt of cruising around the world since seeing a yacht sailing off the coast of Ireland. He enjoys listening to rave music and reading Walt Whitman.
Rowan Weaver is a friendly ginger stir fry baby. His first adventure was camping in Yosemite when he was 5 weeks old. He has since sailed all over California, done a road trip to the Grand Canyon, and travelled to Australia. He loves playing with sand, eating avocados, and snuggling with his teddy bear; Mr Bear.
Monsoon is a 1976 Fuji 32′ ketch, hull #19. She was built in Yokosuka, Japan, and her home port is San Francisco, California. She joined the Weaver family in 2014, and has since been extensively rebuilt. She dreams of sailing around the world while being a safe and cosy home for her family.
